TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices indicated in our tariff & packages are VAT inclusive, set at a rate enforced by regulation (cost of transport: 5.5% at present),

Not included are extra chauffeur services, toll fees, parking fees and chauffeurs' meal allowance remains in all cases the responsibility of the client.(See pricing below) Also unforeseen toll and parking expenses remain at the client expense.

Not included:

•  Extra mileage € 1.00 / km
•  Driver's dinner € 18
•  Driver's dinner + hotel € 130
•  Parking & Toll fees are at real cost according to receipt
•  Special Day & Night tarif = Extra

When reserving the vehicle you are entering a lease agreement which states the following: The vehicle will be clean and as you have ordered and inspected. The Lessee will be responsible for any and all damage to the vehicle caused by the lessee or guests of the lessee. The vehicle will not be used to violate any local, federal, and/or international laws, regulations or ordinances.

All baggage is accepted within 30 kg per passenger while remaining the responsibility of the client.

All vehicles are non smoking areas.

No show Policy: If a customer fails to show at the designated pick up location a "No Show" fee equal to the cost of the trip plus the appropriate vehicle gratuity, applicable waiting time and all other out of pocket costs will be charged to that customer's credit card. If a customer cannot locate the driver ‘ Airport-Line Car Services  must be called immediately to avoid being charged for a "No Show".

Payment accepted: cash, cheque, credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card).

All our services are payable upon completion. If the client has an account with' Airport-Line Car Services  , then services are payable upon receipt of invoice up until the 15th of the following month.

All tariffs are subject to change without prior notice to the client.

All complaints should be filed within eight days of transport service execution.

All disputes will be handled by the mediating courts of the locality of Airport-Line Car Services  corporate headquarters.

The transport of paying passengers is regimented by law. Only vehicles authorised by law can assure such services. We would like to warn you against using vehicles that do not comply by law and therefore can offer you no guarantee whatsoever.
